Developing Habit

I am committing the following changes in my daily routine w.e.f 16-Aug-2019
  1. Wake at 5 AM
  2. Freshen up by 5:20 AM
  3. Exercise - 5:20 AM -5:40 AM
  4. Learn New things - 5:40 AM - 6 AM
  5. Review Daily plan - 6 AM to 6:20 AM
  6. Tennis/ Treadmill- 6:20 AM - 7:40 AM
  7. Get ready for work 7:40 AM - 8 AM 
  8. Teach Maths - 8 AM - 9 AM
  9. Breakfast and pack Tiffin - 9 AM -9:30 AM
  10. Work - 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
  11. Household stuff- 6:30 PM - 7 PM (water plants, utensils)
  12. Learn new stuff - 7 PM -8 PM
  13. Dinner- 8 PM-8:30 PM
  14. Read a new book - 8:30 PM -9:30 PM
  15. Enter logs for what I achieved-9:30 PM to 9:40 PM
  16. Planning for day ahead- 9:40 PM to 10 PM
  17. Sleep - 10 PM -5 AM
Expected outcome
  1. Learning a new skill
  2. Preparing for Marathon
  3. Reducing Weight by 5 Kg
  4. Write a Book

  1. Learn cooking
  2. Learn dancing
  3. Learn new stuff- AI, ML
  4. Teach Maths
